Racist ad?

Uh oh.
Nivea has offended a lot of customers, ex-customers and it's all over the new Nivea for Men ad.
The ad in question shows a black man throwing a head with an afro attached to it and the words Re-Civilize Yourself, which many consider to be racist. what do you think?
Since the ad went live, Facebook has started groups stating their offence.
