Liam Gallagher's lawsuit against brother Noel Gallagher has taken a surprising twist, as pictures have surfaced of Liam allegedly drinking before Oasis' axed V Festival slot in 2009.
The Beady Eye frontman filed legal documents in London's High Court this week, accusing Noel of lying when he suggested that the band cancelled the show because Liam "had a hangover"

Liam says that he had laryngitis which was diagnosed by a doctor and stopped him from performing.

However, pictures have since emerged of him at the festival drinking and partying into the early hours, according to The Sun.

A source said: "After the gig in Staffordshire, Noel headed down to London. But Liam, other band members and his close friends stayed and had a party in his trailer. He didn't seem to have anything wrong with his voice."
